Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a service that you have purchased through the Platform. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions. Under this policy:
Free trial
Every new account starts with a 5-day free trial with full access. No card is required to start, and no charge is made during the trial. If you do not subscribe, your account simply pauses when the trial ends — you are never billed for the trial.
Subscriptions
- After the trial, the Service is offered on monthly plans — Standard ₹399, Pro ₹799, or Multi-shop ₹1,199 per month per business — billed via Razorpay UPI Autopay or card. Prices exclude any GST levied by the government, which is charged separately as applicable.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel.
- Payment is collected at the start of each billing period for the month ahead.
Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation is self-service and takes effect immediately for future renewals.
- When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You are not billed again after that.
- There is no cancellation fee and no lock-in — you are free to leave at any time.
Refunds
- Subscription fees are billed one month at a time and are generally non-refundable. We do not pro-rate or refund unused days when you cancel mid-cycle.
- If you were charged because of a genuine technical error on our side (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), we will refund it in full. Email support@pridepos.com within 7 days of the charge with your account email and the payment reference.
- In case of any refunds approved by Pride POS, refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reach your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Failed payments
If an automatic renewal fails, we retry per Razorpay's standard retry schedule. After repeated failures, your account is paused (read-only) rather than deleted. Your data is preserved, and full access is restored automatically once payment is recovered.
Price changes
Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers stay on the previous price for the current billing period. You may cancel before a new price takes effect if you do not wish to continue.
